Document Creator

Document Creator has been developed to validate TechnologyOne installations or Upgrades. It looks to see if the application configuration and infrastructure meet TechnologyOne requirements.

Once any issues have been rectified the application can be used to create a site document that can be provided to the client.

Password Store

I developed Password Store to save my passwords in a secure encrypted format. Password Store also contains a tool to generate passwords using user defined upper case characters, lower case characters, numbers and special characters such as !@#$% etc.

By default the application will lock after 5 minutes of inactivity. This time can be modified or disabled.

Password Store also contains an encrypt/decrypt tool. This is designed to be used by 2 people who have the tool. One can encrypt a password and send it to someone who can then decrypt it in Password Store. The security can be enhanced with a pin code of up to 6 characters used when encrypting the password and required to decrypt.

Manage Me

I developed Manage Me to help me manage my day. As cases are assigned to me I enter the details into Manage Me. I can then track the progress of my cases. I can add notes and get a clear picture of how the case is tracking. I can add tasks against which I can also add notes. I can then schedule tasks to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Manage Me requires Microsoft SQL Server. The Express version works fine.
